How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 7-14 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How do I find my correct size?
Each product page features a detailed size guide with specific measurements. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit or consulting our 'Fit Note' section.
Which payment methods do you accept?
ARDANT accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer flexible payment installments through Klarna and Afterpay.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
We are committed to ethical fashion. 80% of our current collection is made from organic cotton, recycled polyester, or Tencel, and we partner exclusively with factories that ensure fair wages and safe working conditions.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Because we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, we can only make changes or cancellations within 60 minutes of the order being placed. Please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
