At ARDANT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't quite right, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack the Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn, original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
